I'm Christopher (not Chris) Mitchell, and you have just landed on my website. Thanks for stopping by. Let me tell you a little bit about myself in case you have no idea who I am.

I was born on January 9th, 1979 in Houston, Texas. My parents moved me and my younger brother Andrew to Marion, Ohio when I was three years old. A year later my parents got divorced.

My mother had cancer and eventually died from the radiation and chemotherapy treatments when I was nine years old. My father then regained custody of me and my brother.

After being abused by my father growing up I decided to join the high school wrestling team when I was fifteen years old. My father kicked me out of the house at the age of sixteen. At the age of seventeen I started bodybuilding.

At the age of eighteen I graduated from Pleasant High School in Marion, Ohio. Two weeks after graduation I took out my life savings ($550) and bought a plane ticket to Los Angeles, California.

As soon as I arrived in California I took a taxi to Gold's Gym in Venice Beach. This is when my dream of becoming a rich and famous bodybuilder began.

From the time I arrived in Los Angeles back in July of 1997, to the present time of 2010, I have moved around all over the country in my search to find happiness and fulfillment. My search has led me to Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, New York, Florida, and then back to California where my dream began.

I've been broke, starving, homeless, lost, confused, and even thought of killing myself once. However, my dream has kept me alive, determined, and motivated to succeed.

We all go through tough times in our lives, but it's the very rare, the 1% as I like to call em' that keep going in pursuit to achieve their dreams. They know deep down inside that until they fulfill their dreams they will never experience what all of our dreams are in the first place: finding Happiness.

It doesn't matter whether you're a male or female, 18 or 88, black or white, rich or poor, until you die it's NEVER too late to go after your dreams.
